Conventional
At DueNorth , we host a variety of conventional training courses for dogs of all sizes, ages and temperaments. In addition to traditional family dog training, we also train dogs to compete in retriever tests, scent work, tracking, obedience competitions and Rally-O.

Board and Train - $1700.00
Are you embarrassed to take your dog for a walk? Are you afraid your dog will pull you off your feet to lunge at another dog? Well, this course is the one for you! In just two weeks, your dog will have a reliable recall and walk happily at your side without pulling. This gentle, yet effective method does not use any harsh or frightening techniques to train your dog. Solving a number of behavioural issues quickly and efficiently, we work with your dog several times a day every day. We are so confident of our method that we guarantee results.
 
Accelerated - $600.00
This course covers all the same material we cover in our Board and Train program, except we teach you how to train your dog under our guidance. Because dogs learn so quickly with this method, we’ve developed a schedule for working with you and your pet twice a week for two weeks.

Group Lessons - $130.00 (six-week course)
Group classes are done with a leash and training collar. Our training standards stand up to distractions because we actually train with distractions. Owners learn how to use distractions in their environment to their advantage, so that you will have the foundation for the perfect family pet. It is important to keep in mind that although obedience training is a competitive dog sport, the exercises we teach are based on meeting the needs of the ideal family pet.

DueNorth Pet Care
Private Lessons - $300.00 (six-week course)
Our private lessons cover the same material as the group lessons, but we’ve found that dogs who are adversely reactive to other dogs or are not suitable or safe enough to be near other dogs respond to our training best in a private lesson. Our private sessions follow the same schedule as our group class schedule, so reactive dogs may be allowed into the group class after one or two private sessions. This will help socialize your pet, allowing him or her to enjoy the company of other dogs without any adverse reactions.

Individual Consultations - $50.00/hr
Does your dog require a single session to work on a behaviour issue? We can do that for you. Call ahead and we can discuss whether an individual session is a suitable solution to your puppy’s problem. If it is, we’ll schedule a one-hour consultation for you and your dog.
